Refund
Overview
We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Pieces should be returned with all original tags attached and in the same packaging where possible.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from marks or odours
- All original tags and labels must remain attached
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible unless faulty
How to start a return
Contact Client Services with your order number and the piece you wish to return. Our team will guide you through each step and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different size, contact Client Services before returning your piece. We will advise on availability and the best route for an exchange.
